Iam searching for any information on Daniel Travis. One of his sons was Nathaniel born in Genesee Co NY in 1814. Travis may have been Traverese or Traviss. I believe they were Quakers (Society of Friends). Nathaniel came to Wisconsin in mid 1800's but the only reference I have to Daniel is on Nathaniel's death certificate, where Daniel is listed as father. Daniel possibly was married to a Polly Purdy and Hannah Grant. I would really appreciate any info as I have hit a brick wall with this. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
