Looking for a Bess from Dunbar, WV who illegitimately fathered a child with Janet Kinser from Libery/Red House area of WV. Child was born in August of 1955, named James Edward. James was adopted by his stepfather, Jim Bush of FL. James died in 1981 in a work accident. Left behind two daughters. I am the eldest, and trying to locate my father's biological family.
