I am searching for my birth parents. I was born on September 7, 1965 at University Hospital in Columbus, Ohio at 10 p.m. As best as I can tell, I was adopted at birth, for within three days I was placed with my adopted family. I believe both of my parents were students at Ohio State University at the time, though the documents from Erie County state that, "Parents were both Protestant. Both parents had dark hair, one had brown eyes, the other blue. Both above average intelligence. Mother was a college student, father had definite musical talent." Adoption was handled through Erie County Child Welfare Agency. Possible last names could be Diedrich or Conner based on Franklin County Birth records. I do have a court order for the release of any non-identifying information, though none is on record in Erie County - or it is not available for release. There is no interest on my part for reuniting, just simply to thank my birth parents for making a good decision and letting them know I've had a great life thus far and appreciate their sacrifice.
