 My sister who was born on July 21, 1970 in La Crosse Wisconsin and given up at birth. Birth mother was Mary Walsky. Whom was told that she was adopted to a family in Madison Wisconsin and that they would give her the name Donna Mae after her Grandmother. The adoption agency was the La Crosse Diocese out of La Crosse Wisconsin, which is now called the Catholic Charities of La Crosse.
