I am searching for information on the family history of Lars Anders Ericson, who was my great-grandfather. He is listed in the US 1880 Territorial Census as Andrew Erickson. He came from Leksand, Dalarna Sweden to Clay County South Dakota (then Dakota Territory) in 1874. He and his wife Cary (Karin) had eight children, four were born in Leksand and four in Clay County: Eric, Margreta, Cary, Andrew, Peter, Carl, Edward (my grandfather) and Oscar. They had a large farm in Clay County during the end of the 19th Century.
