Murphy Taylor and quoting Mary Elizabeth Miller Stockton: "from the Application for Naturalization, Christian Miller, age 62, stating that he was born in Richlieu, Prussia and that he migrated from Bremen about Sept. 2, 1852. Arrived in US on Oct. 28, 1852 and intended to settle in Morgan County, Indiana. States his intention to become a citizen of US. It was signed Christian Muller with two dots over the u.
