I am an adoptee searching for my birth mother. I was born in Hayward Ca. Jan. 2, 1970. I have met my biological brother and sister. I know that my mothers name was Barbara Garner, that is the last name i had on my birth certificate and that is the last name that the county adoption place gave to me, I also know that her maiden name was McQuigg. This picture that I have is of me as a baby in front of the foster home when she dropped me off for adoption and it is her and some man. Can anyone please help me. thank you i am desparate. my sister was born in ohio and my brother in california and she resided in livermore for a while. i know she had a cast on when she went to the county people to put me up for adoption and that she put my brother and sister up before she did me because she was going to keep me, I am desparate for information | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
