Looking for info on William Scott married to Mary (Wolfe) Scott and served in the Civil War as a private in Company I with the 14th Regiment Virginia. Children are: 1. George Washington b. 1854 d. 1928 (Guernsey Co, OH) m. Sarah Elizabeth Mayfield b. 3/25/1853 d. 1893 children: Martin, Albert, Tacy (Hess) m. Agnes (?) d. 1928 (New Concord, OH) children: Ralph, Flora May (Gibson), Ruth (Irwin) 2. Margaret/May b. 1856 d. 1874 3. Julia A. b. 1858 d. 1874 4. Mary Adaline b. 4/15/1861 d. 3/8/1938 m. Jacob Groves 5. Sanford b. 6/28/1862 d. 1/20/1932 m. Jennie ? 6. Eliza Ellin b. 6/23/1865 d. 2/22/1938 m. James Anderson This family lived in and around Preston/Monogalia Counties, West Virginia. I have been unable to go beyond William and Mary. Any help would be appreciated. The answers are out there....
