Query Text: |
Does ANYONE have information on a Samuel Wilson. According to notes on an old letter he came from Scotland as a child and lived in Newark, N.J. It was stated that a Sir. Henry Wilson of London, England could give further information. However the letter is terribly old and I doubt we could find Sir. Henry. Samuel married and had at least one child born in N.J. His son Thomas J. was born c.1751/52. Thomas J. later was found in North Carolina in the year 1837. He was deeding a parcel of land to his son Alston Wilson dob 1796. Alston later moved from North Carolina (1848) to Pulaski County Georgia. He was married to Francis Sugg in 1818. | |||||||||||||||||||||
