I'm looking for the marriage location and date of Perry Parrot PARKER to Viola ARMSTRONG. They lived in the Nacogdoches, TX/Sabine, TX/Sabine, LA areas as children in the late 1800's. I've got a possible marriage date and location of around 1904 in San Augustine, TX. This was in Perry's obituary. This is all fine, but I asked someone to do a lookup for me in that area and that kind person's search turned up with no record of their marriage having taken place there.
