Charles Wesley Kelsey (Ohio, 1841-1906), who was married on 4 Apr 1867 to Catherine Ann Wiseman, seems to be confused in the ICI and other listings with a "Charles N. Kelsey". Can anyone provide an explanation? I do not find him in the 1880 Census records. Charles Wesley Kelsey was born in Bremen, Fairfield County, O. and died in Findlay, Hancock Co., O, was a veteran of the Civil War (46th Ohio Volunteer Infantry) and he is my maternal great grandfather. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
