My great-grandfather is Robert Prewitt (PREWETT) (born in Ashe County, NC around 1876). He was married to Mattie (Matilda)K. Hanks on Nove 14, 1897 in Ashe Co. NC. Mattie was born on Jul 31, 1882 and died on Nov 9, 1970. I cannot find any information on the parents of Robert Prewitt (PREWETT). I hope you can help.
