Sisters, OZELLA and LEONA DANIELS married brothers EUGENE JR. and WILLIAM SCHMISSEUR. Eugene and Bill were the sons of EUGENE SCHMISSEUR SR. and wife ELIZABETH BEATRIE. EUGENE SR. was the son of JOSEPH SCHMISSEUR who was born in AlCASE, LORRAINE, FRANCE in 1810 and immigrated to the U. S. when he was 18. He married ELIZABETH CHENOT and they had 10 children, five of whom lived. This family lived in the St. Clair area of IL, just to the east of what is now St. Louis, MO.
