Searching for Birth Mother. I was born May 22nd, 1957 in Baraboo, WI. I was adopted at about 2 months, and moved to Richland Center for a year. Possible nickname (maybe caseworker's idea) may have been "Ricky", although that is not my name. BM's last name was possibly Martin. There is a half sister involved, but I don't know her. Father was Korean War Veteran, but may not still be involved with BM. As with most doctors, the signature on my birth certificate is illegible. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
