I am searching for my birth mother. I am 23 years old and my birth date is 12/02/1981.I was born In Springfield MA. I was placed in foster care at the age of seven months.I believe her name to be Louis Phelan or at least that was her name at the time of my adoption. She was born in 1940.She has two sisters, and at the time I was placed in foster care her parentst were alive and well.She was a nurse at one time, mainly working with pediatrics,newborn and premature nursery and post partum. and has three other children- a son, and two daughters.My siblings were 20,18,and 16 at the time.
