My name is Yvonne and I am looking for my sister that was born on March 7th, 1963 in Espanola, NM to Veronica A. Garcia. Her father is Connie B. Sewell but I don't know if he is listed on the paperwork. I found the following paragraph on NMAR website but we were told that our sister was born in Rio Arriba county not San Miguel and that she was adopted in 1965 not 1967. Please respond if you can help me get in touch with the woman who wrote this. "3/7/63 Vickie-Sherman, Texas. I was born March 7, 1963 in San Miguel county. I was adopted in September of 1967. I spent three years in an orphanage. I lived in Hobbs, NM for most of my life. All I know about my b-mother is she was 18 years old when she had me.
