Alonzo Lewis Baker born South Bennington, Vermont, raised in Gowanda, New York. Father, Benjamin Baker, mother Sarah, two brothers and two sisters who lived at Collins, NY in February, 1885. I found this out on his Civil War Pension record. I would like any information about his parents and siblings, names, marriages, etc. Also if he was married in NY before going to Illinois in 1853. His pension papers tell his parents names and that he had siblings, but no wives or children are mentioned in his deposition. In another deposition it states that one of his wives obtained a divorce on charges of bigamy. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
