I am searching for any information on Sarah Austin. I have that she was born in 1839 and died in 1884. She is buried at Quaker Basin Cemetery in DeRuyter, NY. Her first husband was Levi Wilcox who died in service in Union Army. Her second husband was (Joseph) Clark Barber (went by Clark...not totally, 100% positive that his first name was Joseph. Her third husband was Hiram Carpenter. Her children with Levi Wilcox were Addie, born 1860 and Louis born 1862. Her children with Clark Barber were: Cora V.; born 17 Feb 1866 and died 17 July 1908. She married Clifton Lavern Marvin. Lottie was born in 1872. Thomas Clark or known as Clark T. was born on 28 Jan 1875 and died 8 Oct 1967. I don't know if Sarah was her given name or possible her middle name. We are stumped on trying to find out who her parents are. As far as we have found, she has lived in Georgetown, DeRuyter, and Quaker Basin. There are some Austins buried at a Crumb Hill Cemetery in DeRuyter, NY which is the road off of Quaker Basin.
