Looking for Death documentation on Matilda Carter. She married Wiley Carter. She died in early 1900 in Scott co. Ar.At time of death they were probably around Hickman, or lamb.Her parents were Thomas Phillips & Elizebeth Oatian. They married in Montgomery co. Ark in 1856. Also trying to find info on Elizebeth.Thomas married Lucinda Carter(Stewart)in montgomery co. ark in 1867. Wanting to find documentation of her death. She died 1921. Buried in Buffalo Cem. in boles, Scott co. ark. One of thomas children by his 1st. wife married a phebe speer.Another one married a Mary jane Speer.One of his daughters married Anthony Milligan. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
