Hi, I am looking for information about my ROGERS ancestry. My grandfather is Weldon Nelson ROGERS, son of the late Otto ROGERS and Sadie CLIFTON. Weldon Nelson ROGERS' ancestor was James Lee ROGERS, who was b. in 1847 in Noxubee County, Mississippi. James Lee ROGERS was married to Elizabeth "Betty" SHERWOOD. Her brothers were Benjamin & William Presley SHERWOOD. If someone could please tell me who James Lee ROGERS parents were and give me information about his ROGERS lineage, then I would be most grateful as I have been performing an extensive genealogical research on my ROGERS lineage for years now.
