I am looking for any information about my gggrandfather Iredell/Iradell Johnston. He may have been named James Iredell Johnston. Born about 1820 in North Carolina and possibly lived near Raleigh. He moved to Macon Co., AL before 1850. He married first Martha Huffman/Hoffman and he married second Eliza Davis (b1841 d 1914 burial at Fort Family Cemetery, Cotton Valley, Macon Co., AL). He had a brother, Sterling Johnson (married to Emily Greathouse) in Georgia. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
