Josephine Jones parents were Joseph Morand Brunner and Catherine Halbiesen, immigrated from Alsace Lorain, France in 1851. Josephine was born in 1847. She died in Toledo in 1913. Her spouse was Noah Jones. I do not find her in the census for any year past 1860. When did she marry? The family had a farm in Sandusky Twp./Rice Twp. in 1860 thru 1890 then brother Joseph (my Great Grandfather) had farm. She went to court to gain custody of brother Jacob in 1892 June. She was living in Wood County, Dubridge. I can't find any record about her there either. She had a son Samuel who is in 1910 census with family in Wash.DC, and in 1920 census with family and Uncle Jacob. She is buried in Woodlawn Cem. in Toledo. Did she have a daughter Ruth Jones Astel?
