I am looking for any information on my great grandfather, James W. Dees. Place of birth unknown. Year of birth: 1854 Died: Jan. 21, 1941 in St. Augustine, Florida, interred in Evegreen Cemetary. Married a native American woman (Seminole? Cherokee?) date and place of marriage unknown. She died in 1928, buried next to her husband. They had the following children: Louis, Fred, Jane, Louise, John, Liza, and Mamie. All now deceased in Florida. Any leads or information of any kind will be much appreciated.
