I am trying to connect with Hugh Allen Foster who married Winny Arnold 1822 in Claiborne Co. and was living in Holmes Co. at least as late as 1841. I believe I have found Winny, who may have been widowed, and some of her children on the 1855 Choctaw Nation census. This would appear to be good confirmation that Hugh Foster (and perhaps Winny Arnold) were part-Choctaw. Mushulatubbee District, Skullyville Co.
