I need help finding information on Bervel Kightlinger. I know he was born July 18, 1877-he died March 8, 1943 and he's buried in Evergreen Cemetery in Union City, PA. This is my grandfather. He was married to Cora Brown (I have no information on her) and they had at least one child named Charlotte (always known as Lottie). She always told me that Merle Kightlinger was her brother. I can't find any proof of that. Being in Colorado makes it difficult to have "boots on the ground". Mom was born March 14, 1914/1913? She wasn't sure. She was born in Union City, PA also but is buried in Warren, PA next to her second husband Myron Clark. I'm interested in finding if Bervel had any siblings. He did go to prison about 1926 and I'm wondering if he was erased from the records because of a heinous crime or something. I also believe he might have been Quaker since Mom always called him "Friend Bervel Kightlinger". Any help in this direction will be greatly appreciated.
