Perry (Jimmy) Halpin B.1906 Fullerton, Dickey Cty, Kentner Twp, North Dakota, he is my cousin, the last I heard he was living in Oakes, Dickey, N.Dak. in the 1960's according to my information who was a friend to him, they knew him quit well & they have now passed away. I have reason to believe that Perry would have passed away in Oakes, N. Dak. or even Ellendale, N. Dak.
