I am looking for the parents of William Perry Hutchinson Sr. He was born on December 08, 1844 in Armstrong Co PA according to his muster roll from the civil war. He married Frances Rosa Sweeney bef. 1884, she was born unknown in Ohio. Also, looking for information on her parents and her birth. William Died April 06, 1916 and Frances died Unknown, both in Fairmont Jackson Co., Ohio. Some children of these two where Laura Belle, Elemer, Ruth, Theresa, Henry, Wayne and William Perry Jr. I have been told from family members that Frances and William's parents came over from Irland, and that they were English and Irish backgrounds.
