Need help on Estes family: my Mother, Otis Lee Goss Townley( brn 1915), is looking for any of her mother's family. Martha (Mattie) Regan (sp?) Estes (Este, Eastes, Eastice) born about 1880 in Missouri (?) and died about 1923 in East Texas after living for a time in Pascagula Miss. and Westwego, La. Mattie had married Obie Austin Goss and had 9 children of which my mom is the youngest. Mattie's father may have been Al Estes and her mother was a Ferguson. Mattie's siblings were Lizzie Estes, Riley Estes and Henry Estes whose child Billy may still live in the Nacogdoches area. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
