My great-great grandmother was Polly (Mary) Napier, b 19 March 1813, site unknown, and died St. Louis, MO, area 3 June 1848. She married James Kear of Sevier Co., TN, probably in TN. Their first child b. 1829 was Archibald Napier Kear. My great-grandmother Sarah Woods Kear was born 9 March 1839 in SE MO as the family seemed to be moving westward. They settled briefly in St. Charles Co., MO, and after the death of James went by wagon into western Kansas c. 1880. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
