I am searching for information on the Knapp family who lived in Howard, Montana in 1917 when a son, Miles W. Knapp was born. Other families who may have bee connected are Hamilton, Littrell, and Curtis. Would also appreciate information on the town of Howard: e.g., why was it formed; when; where was it located; when did it disappear; what businesses were there? These families apparently moved from Howard to Lodge Grass, Montana in the early 1920s.
