Joseph Watson, (b. 9 May 1830 in PA) married about 1835 Mary Ann Sellers (b. 1816 in Lebanon County, PA). Their first child William Wesley Watson was born in Milesburg, Centre County, PA in 1836. Other children names Joseph Sellers, Armstrong Garner, George Miller, Frances Shunk, Mary Catherine, Margaret Ann, Franklin Pierce, Simon L., Lewis Alexander, and Alice Armanda. By 1850, the family had moved to Clearfield County, PA where Joseph and several of his sons were employed as plasterers.
