My name is Kem Barlow. I am interested in finding out information re the Barlow family in NC ca 1790-1840. I am trying to find out information on James Barlow, found on the 1790 census for Richmond, Fayette District, NC. I am also interested in finding about Thomas, John, and James Barlow.
