I am looking for information about Bernard Howard Bailey born February 10, 1919 in Clarksburg, West Virginia. He is the father of my step-father and I am trying to locate his father for him. My step-fathers name is Richard Wayne Bailey born January 4, 1941 @ St. Mary's hospital in Clarksburg,West Virginia to Bernard Howard Bailey and Iva Helen Perkins who were married on July 17, 1939 in Richwood, Virgina. Any information that could help me track down Bernard would be greatly appreciated. As my step-father has been estranged from his father since he was a toddler. I do not wish to cause Bernard any grief, I would only like to re-unite him with his long lost son, who has been longing to have a link to his past via his father for most of his adult life. In advance, thank you for any help you can provide in this matter and I hope to hear from someone soon. I am attaching a photo of Richard Wayne Bailey as a child with Iva Helen Perkins.
