I'm attempting to trace my great great grandmother's family. She was Cora Johnson, b in Iowa in 1873, had a sister, Lottie, later married to Carl Bohnen, the artist. Cora married Hans Peterson and lived in Superior Wisconsin in 1894. 1880 census records show a Cora and Lottie Johnson living with a widowed grandmother, Matilda Johnson (b. 1812 in VA.), in Winnesheik county Iowa. I'm attempting to discover whether this is the right family, and what the johnson family history was before that. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
