I am seeking information on Clifford Darnell Carlisle born Feb.8 1914 in Tate County,MS[either Arkabutla or Coldwater].His father was William W. Carlisle and his mother was Mary Lillian Presley.His father had an earlier marriage to Jo Beth Bagwell,there were 8 children from that marriage.Clifford had 2 brothers and 3 sisters.He was orphaned at the age of 11 and went to live with an older sister.He later went to live with his grandmother in Memphis,TN. His brother, George Lavalle and sister, lived with George W. and Sarah Presley [grandparents]in Memphis,TN. Clifford died Nov.9,1989 in Memphis,TN. He is buried in Magnolia Cemetery,Coldwater,MS. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
