I am looking for the family of William Travers born 1720 in Wales. He had a son named William born 1745 in Wales and died 1796 in Huntingdon county in Pa. I know that his wife possibly Mary LOVE gave birth to another son called William on Oct. 27, 1774 on a ship enroute from Scotland to the U.S.This William of 1774 changed his name to Travis and moved to Indiana county in Pa. He married Mary Elizabeth Gahagan.Can anyone give me any suggestions on how to trace my family in Wales. I do not know the county they were from there. mary241@videotron.ca or shu@adelphia.net
