Query Text: |
Ebenezer Armstrong was b. 06 Feb 1758 in Norwich New London CT and was in Vermont in 1788 and married to an Olive Hartshorn b. in Norwich (probably) New London CT in 1761. Ebenezer and Olive Hartshorn ARMSTRONG had a son whose name was also Ebenezer who was probably born circa 1785 either in CT or VT. Ebenezer and Olive were in the 1790 Federal Census Index with several young male children. They also had a daughter Anne who was born circa 1805 in New York State. Ebenezer and Olive lived in Western Oneida NY and owned property in Herkimer County NY. After Frankfort in Herkimer NY they moved to Western NYS in Ontario Ct. From NYS they moved to Ohio and Olive died sometime after 1820 either in NY or OH. Ebenezer was 80 yrs. old in 1840 and was living in York Medina Ct. OH. He died sometime after that date. I need to validate the fact that the two Ebenezers are father and son. Is there anyone else out there researching this family? | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
