 Pleasant G. Carson (1811-1870) was born in North Carolina. As a young man he moved to Highland Co., Ohio where he married Sarah Beeson ~1837. The couple had two children there before moving to Iowa ~1845. Two more children were born in Iowa. Seeking North Carolina ancestry of Pleasant Carson.
