Query Text:

I am looking for any information on my maternal grandmothers family? The name was ina stark (boyd.) She had five children. Francis (frank)Corrine M Boyd Anderson, Lydia Trahan, and twin boys Graydon and Gordon Boyd. Gordon died quite young. She resided in Jefferson co. new york. A sister, nellie, was married to a maccomber and lived in St. Lawrence co. until the 1980's. I think the family originated in Herkimer N.Y. as my mother often talked of visiting there for family gatherings and visiting the diamond mines. ina died around 1972 but had talked of a brother in the Herkimer area. He was either Gordon or Graydon.May possibly have been twins as the Graydon name has been passed down for 3 generations (have a cousin Graydon Palmer.) Have heard nothing from that side of the family and interested in heritage. Gram often talked about a Gen. Stark in Rev. War but can't find any relatives that make a connection. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Batcoach
