looking for William E Barr born 3-28-1922 died in Pima Cty,Tucson 8-1979,he supposedly was writer,travelled,got his SS cd in Nebraska, actually born in Red Wing,Minn as Elvie Bernard Oskey to Bert and Ida Halverson Oskey,brothers Warren,Clarence Robert.Chg'd his name, doing geneology on Halverson family,need input about Wm. No family members have heard from him since he left this area.He was my husbands first cousin, they have the same grandparents.
