I am looking for help on a John Wheless. He married a Prudence May in 1797 in Waarren County, NC. I believe he may have come from Halifax County, NC. His father may have been James Wheless. I would appreciate any help. I need to tie John to his family. I have him and his descendants. Thanks for any help.
