I am looking for information re the Gandy family in Hallettsville, TX. I am namely looking for information re Harvey Hugh Gandy and his wife, Lizzie Bell Lachausen Gandy. I do have info stating H. Harvey Gandy is listed as 8 years old, born in TX in 1872, the son of Nathaniel and Jenny Gandy. Nathaniel is the son of Daniel C. 1801 S. Carolina son of John Jr. 1768 Nash County, son of John 1748 NC and his father is the earliest Gandy I have on my branch in Edward Gandy. My grandmother, Gennieve Gandy, always said that her family came from Morgan County, AL. I was hoping someone had more information. I am also looking for information re his wife, Lizzie.
