Napoleon Smith, (white)born in Pennsylvania in 1856. A Napoleon Smith was found in 1870 census in New Jersey. He was in Helena, MT in 1880 and he and his wife Josephine, had 2 boys. Wallace W. and a Jesse Smith. 1885 and/or1887. Both boys attended Penn State and Wallace lived in Pittsburgh after and married a May Bowden Lowrie in Butler, PA.
