 Griffiths - Hughes -Fickes William W. Griffiths was born in Wales June 10, 1849. He immigrated to the U. S. and married Nellie Mattie Hughes in Denver, Colorado in 1872. He and his father-in-law Richard R. Hughes were bricklayers. Richard Hughes was married to Ellen Hughes who lived from 3/20/1823 to 10/6/07. I believe that Nellie Mattie their daughter may have been born in Wisconsin.
