Researching the Carrolls of Sharon, Wisconsin. Mathew Carroll was head of this family, and original immigrant from Ireland. He was married to Bridget Lannon. Children included: James M., John, Mathew Jr., Peter, Mary, Ellen, Margaret, Ann, and Kate. They arrived in Walworth Co. in 1848 and moved to Sharon by the following year.
