Margaret Hutchison was born in 1832 in Xenia, Green County, Ohio. She married John Sites Ankeney September 6, 1854 in Xenia. He was born in Green County, Ohio November 4, 1828. They moved to Des Moines Iowa after 1880. John died in Des Moines in Sept. 1908. Cemetery records say "body removed". His obituary in the Xenia paper says that Margaret died several years before him.
