I am looking for any Waites who live or lived in the Waupaca County/Clintonville area. My family swears that there is a large Waite contingent in Clintonville, but I can't find anything online. My great grandfather was Richard Waite and his children were Delbert, Lowella, George, Carrie, Henry, Laurence, Lowell and Irvin. They all moved to the Langlade County/Polar area around 1885. When my grandfather Carlyle died in 1986 we were contacted by someone from Clintonville who was a distant cousin of his, but no one is sure who it was.
