Looking for info on my ancestor, CARBERRY EGAN/EAGAN. Believe he may have been from Co Kerry. Born 10 May 1820. Believe he immigrated to US in 1850 on ship Manhatten fron Liverpool. Wife is MARGARET READY who I believe was born in Rathkenny, in the parish of Abbeydorney in 1838. Unsure if they were married in Ire or US. Family is in Ohio in 1854 where son Peter is born,Ky in 1856 twins John & William & daughter Margaret born here & Ind 1900. Carberry is an ancient name & with nameing patterns as they were I am hoping that I can locate his place of birth. Any help appreciatted. Thank you.
