****Andreas (Andrew) Weiss?????******* Looking for information on my Grandfather and family. His date of birth, March 27, 1883, and came from I believe, Mecklenburg Germany. He Studied Watch-Making in Switzerland around 1905, Came to America in September of 1906 with my Grandmother whom he met in Switzerland. His name was Andreas (changed to Andrew) Weiss. We believe his mothers maiden name was Sachs, and his father was Frank Weiss, and that he was a Lutheran. They settled in Kansas City, Missouri after a brief stay in Chicago. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
