I need some help. I am trying to find out some information on my Grandfather and my Grandmother, this is what I have, Foster Dillon Southerland,Born=1880, either in NC, or Carroll Co. Va.Died 1955, in Parrott Va. Married Effie F. McGee from the Hillsville area, maybe Austonville. They lived all thier married life in Pulaski Co. Va. The only place I can get info from is the 1930 Census.
